At our in-house restaurant, Chubo 2446, we serve dishes that warm the heart, alongside Shinshu sake and vintage wine. Made with ingredients grown in Shinshu's clear air and rich land, our food leaves a gentle aftertaste — a warm place to rest after a day in the mountains.

"Trust the ingredients, not the decoration." With this in mind, we carefully prepare seasonal vegetables, meat and fish from the mountains and fields of Shinshu. The menu changes with the seasons, so you can taste the land at its best.
